Checklist quan trọng khi đặt xe đón sân bay: mã hiệu chuyến bay, giờ hạ cánh, số lượng hành lý, điểm trả khách tại Hội An để tài xế đón chuẩn xác.
A private transfer is only as smooth as the information provided before arrival. A missing flight number can make it harder to track a delay; an incomplete hotel address can lead to a confusing drop-off; and an underestimated suitcase count can result in a vehicle that feels too small. Sending complete details in one message helps the provider recommend a suitable vehicle and confirm the meeting plan.
The six details every booking should include
1. Arrival date and flight number: Include the airline and flight code, not only the expected landing time. Flight numbers help the provider identify the correct arrival.
2. Terminal: Tell the provider whether you arrive at the domestic terminal (T1) or international terminal (T2), if known.
3. Passenger count: Include adults and children. Mention any mobility needs or child-seat requirements.
4. Luggage: State the number of large suitcases, cabin bags, strollers or bulky items.
5. Exact destination: Send the hotel name and full address in Hoi An. If your hotel is in the Ancient Town, ask where a car can legally stop.
6. Contact details: Share a reachable phone or WhatsApp number and ask for the driver’s contact details before the travel date.
Ask these questions before confirming
Is the price for one vehicle or each passenger? Does it include fuel, tolls, airport parking and waiting time? How long will the driver wait after the scheduled landing? Is flight monitoring included? What is the policy if the flight is delayed, diverted or cancelled? Can you pay in cash, by bank transfer or another agreed method? Are extra stops or late-night pickups charged separately? Clear answers prevent surprises at the airport.

Hello, I would like to book a private car from Da Nang International Airport to Hoi An.
Arrival date: [date]Flight number: [airline and flight code]Landing time: [time]Terminal: [T1/T2/please confirm]Passengers: [number of adults and children]Luggage: [number and size of bags]Drop-off address: [hotel name and full address]Vehicle preference: [sedan / 7-seat car / van]
Please confirm the total price, what is included, the waiting-time policy, payment method and exact airport meeting point. Thank you.
How to choose the right vehicle
For a couple with one or two small bags, a sedan may be enough. Families and small groups often prefer a 7-seat vehicle for extra room. Groups with multiple large suitcases should ask about a van or a larger vehicle. Capacity varies by model, so request confirmation based on the actual number of passengers and bags rather than relying only on the vehicle’s seat count.
Arrival-day communication
Keep the provider’s confirmation and contact number easy to find. When you land, send a message if requested. After collecting luggage, proceed to the agreed pickup point and look for the confirmed driver or name sign. If your flight is delayed, inform the provider as soon as you can. Do not share sensitive payment details with an unverified person claiming to be your driver.
FAQ
Do I need to send my passport details? For a basic transfer inquiry, the key details are usually flight, passenger, luggage, contact and destination information. Only provide additional personal information if it is genuinely required and you trust the provider.
What if I do not know my hotel address yet? Send the hotel name and location first, then update the provider as soon as you have the full address.
Can I add a stop? Often this can be arranged, but confirm the route and any extra charge before the trip.
What if my flight arrives early? Ask how the provider handles early arrivals and whether the driver adjusts the pickup time.
